Conditions

• All our guests must be fully vaccinated against all the typical illnesses and have up to date flea treatment.
• An up to date vaccination certificate must be provided (original not photocopy).
• For the safety and comfort of all the dogs and staff we are unable to accept any aggressive or overly boisterous dogs.

We are unable to offer collection and delivery services as we prefer owners to ‘settle in’ their pets and be sure in their own hearts that our suites are what they want. Please feel free to come and see us anytime beforehand.
Please understand, we do not mean to be overly strict but there are certain laws and stipulations that we must adhere to in the Model Licensing Conditions. All dogs will be given a weight and basic health check before initially entering and finally leaving our premises.
In the almost impossible event of any dogs contracting a serious or contagious illness, we also have an excellent isolation unit to prevent any disease spreading. It also offers very comfortable recuperation. We don’t expect this unit to ever be used
